Burger Glue

Tangy, sweet, delish. The perfect addition to any patty

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 Cup Mayo
  • 2 TBSP Spicy Relish (I use Jersey Mikes)
  • 1 TBSP Dijon Mustard (you can use honey, or plain)
  • 1 TSP apple cider vinegar
  • 1 TSP onion powder
  • 1 TSP smoked paprika (I like paprika…)
  • Salt
  • Sugar

EQUIPMENT

  • Food Processor or blender
    • If you don’t have, a large bowl will work
  • Spatula
  • Condiment Bottle

THE STEPS

  • Throw everything in a bowl or processor. No ceremony required. Stir until smooth and that signature pale-orange color shows up. Taste it. Adjust:
    • Too tangy → add a bit sugar
    • Too sweet → add a splash of vinegar
  • Let it sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes (this matters more than you’d think). Time plus Cool = flavor. I like to let this rest for at least 12-24 hours… I know, crazy
