Tangy, sweet, delish. The perfect addition to any patty
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 Cup Mayo
- 2 TBSP Spicy Relish (I use Jersey Mikes)
- 1 TBSP Dijon Mustard (you can use honey, or plain)
- 1 TSP apple cider vinegar
- 1 TSP onion powder
- 1 TSP smoked paprika (I like paprika…)
- Salt
- Sugar
EQUIPMENT
- Food Processor or blender
- If you don’t have, a large bowl will work
- Spatula
- Condiment Bottle
THE STEPS
- Throw everything in a bowl or processor. No ceremony required. Stir until smooth and that signature pale-orange color shows up. Taste it. Adjust:
- Too tangy → add a bit sugar
- Too sweet → add a splash of vinegar
- Let it sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes (this matters more than you’d think). Time plus Cool = flavor. I like to let this rest for at least 12-24 hours… I know, crazy
