I’m not a cook.
I’ve got no formal training—barely made it out of high school.
I’m generously called a millwright, and even that’s debatable.
What I do know is this:
I love eating.
I love eating cheap.
And I love making food that other people actually enjoy.
This is where I figure that out.
I don’t do bland.
I don’t do boring.
I try things. I break things. I fix them.
And when something works, I write it down so you can steal it.
